Didn't explain why & the aunty just said impolitely to me - Go order @ Smart kiosk & aunty point to uncle, he wanna order. Same lousy service - command me to order @ stupid smart kiosk. So what's so big deal about your stupid kiosk if I wanna interact with human & both Human direct me to smart kiosks? So why do U hired human if they don't bother to serve me @ cashier which fast food restaurant should be creating convenient for me but it's not. why not have robots in McDonald's instead? I think this is a very bad experiences. Extremely lousy, if I wanna order @ smart kiosk. I don't need any1 to tell me. Pls wake up your idea.

For the first time in our lives, someone at a McDonald’s genuinely looked happy to see us. That someone was Kritigah. She greeted us with the biggest smile, endless positive energy, and the kind of cheerful attitude that instantly changed the whole experience. Instead of feeling like Customer #847 of the day, we felt genuinely welcome. The food was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s—but the service? Five-star hotel level. If every McDonald’s had a Kritigah, they’d need Michelin stars instead of golden arches. Whoever hired her deserves a raise. Whoever trains with her should take notes. And Kritigah herself deserves recognition for reminding everyone that a smile and a great attitude can completely transform someone’s day. We’ll definitely be back—not just for the burgers, but hoping to be greeted by Kritigah again.
