Tried calling the restaurant for assistance multiple times with no response. If you wish to slim down, visit this outlet. Because I’ve lost my appetite when I saw HAIR when unwrapping my burger. Great way to spend money on a meal and not eating it.
DCI called the McDelivery hotline at 12:49pm to follow up on my order after noticing that the status on the app had not changed since I placed the order at 11:51am. After the call, the customer service officer informed me that the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. I expressed my concern about the condition of the food, as it appeared that the order had been sitting at the outlet for about an hour after preparation. I was advised that if there were any issues with the food, I could call back. At 1:06pm, I finally received the order. As expected, the food was in an inedible condition — it was cold, soggy, and overall unacceptable. I called customer service again at 1:13pm to report the issue and was informed that a refund would be processed and that the team would investigate further. However, my main concern is not about the refund. It is about receiving food that cannot be consumed. This is also not the first time I have encountered issues with the Hotel V outlet — I have previously provided feedback regarding missing items and burnt food. Now, there is also a delay of over an hour with no delivery status update. Based on the timeline, a driver was only assigned at 12:53pm after my call at 12:50pm, and the food arrived at 1:06pm. This strongly suggests that the issue lies with the outlet’s order handling and management. I would expect this matter to be thoroughly investigated. If this outlet is unable to handle delivery orders properly, please refrain from assigning orders to it. I have not experienced such issues with the Bendemeer outlet when my orders were assigned there.
shanAbsolutely bad service. I order for double cheese burger with no pickles no mustard extra ketchup extra onions and what i got was a double cheese burger with no ketchup but some random sauce, what made it worse is that there are lettuce in there. Since when did double cheeseburger added lettuce?? The staff was slow i was literally right infront of her telling her the order is mine like 3 times already i was very sure im loud and clear but she kept on calling out “6206” and i just wanted a plastic bag why does it take so long? I ended up asking another staff. Terrible service.
