Mark LohYubari Melon soft serve was excellent. Tried the curry sauce with McNuggets, it's decent but the Garlic Chili Sauce is the show stopper. Had the Chicken McCrispy, I like it better than Malaysia's Ayam Goreng McD. Staff are not attentive to the cash payment counter, I had to wait to be attended to on 2 occasions. First staff gave me a number to get my food served but the second one didn't.
Kaye NgOrdered the Bundled meal. McSpicy and Triple cheeseburger. $16/- for two specific bundled meals. Somehow the McSpicy is much smaller than usual, and has the words “Promo” printed on box. Its misleading because it gave impression of the same Mcspicy burger but it’s not. ARC Macs outlet used to be very popular, but no longer though its was a Sunday night. The McCafe counter with Barista was scrapped, and the current layout is very monotonous and squarish. It’s a change but not better.
Samantha o14 May 2026 Thurs. I am not eating your breakfast anymore. Yesterday evening, I ordered a cold latte with syrup. It arrived with no syrup. I had to go to the counter to get. And the staff didn't apologize, just gave me a cup with syrup. This early morning 5.30am, your male staff delivered my hotcakes missing another whipped butter & syrup. And he quickly looked down when approaching our table. Weird reaction. I thanked him for the delivery & he didn't even say a word & no smile. This is 5.30am & I as a customer had to make the effort to smile instead of him. I had to go to the counter to call many times for inside staff to come out. When finally, the female staff appeared, no smile. I showed her the receipt with 2 whipped butter & syrup stated & asked for them. She didn't apologize. Just gave me the whipped butter & went inside to get the syrup. The staff here need to go to Bangkok & Taiwan for training. The sides of the muffin were hard. 27 March 2026 Friday morning. Expensive & Very bad. The bread is so hard. Can't eat it. Have to throw away. What's wrong with the staff? Deteriorated from a few months ago. And yesterday, the Chicken Tomato burger was so poorly made & didn't look like chicken meat & fries were cold & hard. McDonald's in Taiwan & Bangkok way better. Staff here need to go to Taiwan to learn. Taiwanese staff are excellent & fast & the burgers & fries are properly done everytime.
