YYThis review is solely for their Iced Latte, which costs $2 with a voucher at the point of my purchase. It was also relatively quiet on a Monday afternoon when i was there, which made for a good place to catch up. ☕ the coffee itself was nothing to shout about though, rather blend in flavour, likely since it was too milky, but no complaints at $2 or $2.50 for the original price.
BesharpsFirst visit to this McDonald's outlet at Anchorpoint. Size wise, it's decently average and there are enough spacing around. The self order kiosk worked well 👍There have been some reviews regarding the slow services but I received my meal pretty fast after I ordered, I was visiting during lunch hour on a weekday. 👍 I ordered a new item off the menu which is Chicken Bacon McSpicy and it was pretty delicious. 🐔 🥓 🌶️ The only con is the price being slightly high but other that, the food was great.
Jaron NeoMade an order for delivery today at around 6:15pm for 5 items. 1 of which was supposed to be 9 piece nuggets that is redeemable through the points system. After redeeming it, it then says that the item is unavailable. If its unavailable in the first place why even enable people to redeem it?? So I tried to remove the item from the cart to see if it will refund me my points but clearly it didn't. That's not all. This particular outlet made me wait for more than 4 hours, and even after that the order did not come. Never hear before right? After that I went to look up the in-app chat bot. Chat bot was useless and redirected me to call their hotline instead. So I called the hotline, 30 minutes in, still no one pickup. I was so furious I went all the way down to their outlet and demanded an explanation and refund. In the end, the manager there can't even process a simple refund for the order and points that I have lost. I come down all the way to pickup order still want me to pay delivery fee?? The audacity????? After handing me the order, of course I had to check right, after all their screw ups. Turns out my order still missing 1 box of nuggets. Hello can wake up anot McDonalds?? You make me and my whole family wait for 4 hours+, CAN'T process a refund, AND you still dare to screw up my order??????? This is the most ridiculous thing that has happened to me in 2026. Chinese New Year also want like that. Make people wait 4 hours, manager can't even give a proper explanation nor do a refund, STILL ask me to wait until tomorrow for a call. Want me to wait until I pass away isit? Please buck up McDonalds, retrain your staff or something, ESPECIALLY your hotline. Hotline no one answer you put for what? Prank call? Talk to myself isit? If not just close down the whole outlet, don't want to work properly don't work thanks. Absolutely horrible, incorrigible and unforgivable customer service.
