This place is always crowded. Finally got a chance to visit few weeks ago. The queue was abit long, but luckily the serving time was not too long. Food was well presented, and they were delicious too, within my expectation. But the packaging of burger was torn, with a nail curved, when we got!! So was the burger, with a cut on it too. Not sure if it was still hygiene, but i finished it still, because i didnt want to wait anymore. The indian staff was not friendly when she served the food to us. No discrimination. The atmosphere was not desired, as expected. The space between table and table, was kinda small, ended up i nearly fell down when a grandma kept pushing the stroller and passed by my back, and she didnt even know. Not a pleasant dining experience. So disappointed.
As a tourist who spent the whole day walking through the gardens, this is a convenient spot to grab a cheeky Maccas. The McWings were delicious! You’d think they’d be a hit in the USA, but they don’t sell them there. A must-try if you haven’t had them yet. The McWrap was pretty average. You either get too much or too little of something (too little chicken and too much sauce in my case). If you like lychee, you’ll love the pie. It’s super flaky and comes out piping hot.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon, and surprisingly it was not overly crowded. However, the overall operation did not feel very smooth. The sauce for the nuggets was forgotten, and the muffin I ordered was replaced with a different type of bun by mistake. While none of the issues were major individually, the repeated small errors gave the impression that the outlet was struggling operationally. The experience itself was still manageable, but there is definitely room for improvement in consistency and attention to detail.
