This is the second time this has happened to me atp its a 100% miss rate bro. Im so sad and hungry. you have no idea how hangry i was and this was my last straw of the day. i already walked away and was eating somewhere else before i found out and thats not even on me. please wake up ur idea and do better. i wouldn’t wish this upon my greatest enemies.

Ben ChanThis has to be one of the slowest McDonald's outlets I've ever visited. The waiting time was unreasonably long, even though it didn't seem overly crowded. Orders were taking forever, and there was little to no communication from the staff about the delays. The customer service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared indifferent, lacked urgency, and were not welcoming. Instead of making customers feel valued, the overall attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. A fast-food restaurant should be efficient, but this outlet completely failed to meet that expectation. The combination of extremely slow service and poor customer service made for a frustrating experience. I sincerely hope the management reviews the operations at this outlet and takes steps to improve both the speed of service and staff professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this McDonald's outlet.
