Sallyaround 230pm, waited 15mins for a mcspicy meal with 2 mc wings! there’s only 5 tables including mine in store. hello this is FAST food right??? so slow??? whole kitchen was old people. the one aunty at the front just staring at the screen, not even helping the rest. terrible people management here. if you hire so many elderly, make sure they are adequately staffed to be as efficient as a macdonalds should be! fries are overly salted as well, the table beside me thought the same. terrible franchise. now that i’ve looked at the other reviews, time delay is a huge issue here. if you wanna hire so many slower capability people, make sure you hire more. don’t skimp on cost and dilute the reputation of mcdonald’s. whoever the manager or boss is, this entirely reflects on you!
Lakshmanan LakshmananOrdered a meal through drive through at this outlet. Ended up waiting behind two cars for over 10 minutes and was charged for parking when I exited the drive through. Why do I have to pay for parking for using drive through? When asked, the lady manning the drive through orders said that’s their landlord’s policy and she can’t do anything. The landlord wasn’t responsible for the 10 minutes delay, it was your outlet that caused the delay and what sort of dismissive answer is this? The numerous bad reviews about this drive through speak for themselves. Avoid this drive through.
