Timothy LeongThis store is in a great location, however I was very disappointed with the quality of my meal and a decision made regarding a side dish replacement. I ordered the McCrispy meal and was concerned to see that the chicken's skin and the oil it was cooked in were both a very dark color. This suggested that the oil was old or dirty, which negatively impacted the taste and overall quality of the meal. What was most disappointing, was the side dish replacement. When I was informed that Crinkle Fries were sold out, I was given a corn as a substitute. It wasn't until later that I realized the price of a corn is significantly less than the Crinkle Fries. I believe it is unfair to replace a sold-out item with one of much lower value without offering an alternative or a partial refund. Although I am not a regular customer but this experience was very disappointing. I hope the company will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of your food and customer service practices.
