My parents are elderly and were not familiar with how to place their order, but he patiently helped them step by step and introduced the menu very clearly. My mother also mentioned that the food was taking a little longer than expected, and Jaxx immediately helped to check on it and made sure the food was served quickly. He is very responsible, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to meet a manager who is so willing to help customers with such a good attitude. Thank you, Jaxx, for the excellent service!

Jos MI ordered fried without salt and it tasted awful. The texture and taste were like it was double fried. Even my nephew said it was not nice. It was tough and tasteless. I ordered the chicken burger, the bun was tough and had a strange consistency, and it stuck onto my teeth. I won’t be going back.
