Lyn HoThe restaurant manager cannot manage this group of noisy customers. The sound level of giggling is so deafening that almost every customer that is sitting near them are affected and looking at them!! A couple of the customers quickly left the premises as I believed it’s no noisy!!! No action was taken to handle such situation Dated 7th Jan 26 between time from 1930 to 1950. When we left, this group of customer is still there.
Sonal SatheWe had a quick lunch yesterday. The burgers were alright. Fries were soggy, but the manager immediately replaced them. This is my first Mcdonald's meal after more than 9 years and it was pretty disappointing- taste wise! The staff there was attentive and clearing tables very fast.
Nurul RahmanFirstly my fault for ordering wrong nuggets i wanted the original nuggets but press wrongly. so i asked the staff nicely whether can change to the original nuggets she say okay with some attitude. When i checked my rest of the order, i nvr received my curry sauce so i asked the same staff( Hui min idk dont rmbr) nicely whether i can get my curry sauce she say my meal is not include curry sauce… then i said even its a meal that included the sauce that orderes
