rachael siewThis morning at around 630plus, I went to buy Mcdonalds to bring home, and I brought Big Breakfast and Sausage Egg Burger Meal, but when I reached home and was going to eat my Big Breakfast, there is only pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and hash brown which was not the correct order, as there was not supposed to have pancakes but should have wholegrain muffins instead. And a few times when I went, there was either missing order items or wrong items that was given.
Reina TngEasily one of the worst McDonald’s outlets I’ve been to. Waiting times are ridiculously long, and the only reason I still come is because it’s the closest to my house — otherwise I’d go to any other outlet. Multiple times, the fries portion has been absurdly small, which I only realise after reaching home. Sauces like chilli or ketchup are also often missing, and it’s hard to check properly when ordering takeaway. Overall, consistently disappointing and poorly managed.
Alvin TanStaff always don't give condiments, & cutlery by default for takeaway order. Must check before leaving the place. Not attentive at all. Receive half a cup latte instead of a full cup. Realised it when reach home
