McDonald’s Senja Heights – Breakfast Review I seldom go for McDonald’s breakfast, but this outlet is a quiet, comfortable spot where I can occasionally indulge in a Western-style breakfast. As expected from McDonald’s, the quality is consistently reliable and meets its international standards. We went for two of their iconic breakfast options and genuinely enjoyed both — the McDeluxe Big Breakfast, which comes with two pancakes, and the Egg McMuffin Meal. For sides, you get a choice between hash brown or hash pops, which is always a nice touch. Overall, it was a satisfying and comforting meal, made better by the friendly and efficient service. The only downside was losing the flexibility to swap the muffin bread for a soft bun — a small customization I usually request at other outlets. Unfortunately, this outlet didn’t accommodate that change, and I’m not quite sure why. That said, it’s still a pleasant spot for a calm breakfast when you want something familiar and fuss-free. 🍳🥞
Honestly, not great. There was once I went to order food and paid cash. I did not get a chance to look at the number yet. I paid and I was trying to keep my chance but immediately after they called a number which was mine except with a 1 at the front. I tried to keep my change fast so that I could look at the receipt as I wanted to see my number but it was too late. The staff immediately started shouting at me and telling me to go faster. They were not busy as well. I feel like it was unfair as they did not have to shout. Plus, afterwards I saw someone else also keeping their change and then the staff just went out of the counter and just passed them their order. This felt so unfair to me. Another time I ordered a mcshaker fries. I tried opening the seasoning packet but I could not. I open it but it was still sealed shut. I asked the worker if they could help me and they told me to wait for a while. I waited for so long yet no help. I asked again and they said I could open it myself even though I clearly could not. I waited for so long and gave up and ate my fries without the seasoning. This was a bad experience as I paid extra for the seasoning and it was not my fault the seasoning could not open. If they did not want to help me, they should have told me instead of making me wait for so long. The worker from these 2 incidents was the same worker. She is so rude! She did not have to shout at customers like me just because I was keeping my coins. So far my experience here was pretty bad. The services were bad. I don't want to return here again as I feel scared to return. I don't want to get shouted at anymore. It was a place I used to always go to.
Tried CNY ssasonal Prosperity Beef Burger Fortune Upgrade with egg in a sesame bun. The beef patty was tender and paired well with the savory black pepper sauce. I prefer beef version as the Prosperity Chicken patty is more processed and saltier. Prosperity Twister Fries with its spiraled shape, deep golden-brown, crispy exterior, and a fluffy, savory interior, was well seasoned with a blend of pepper, onion, and garlic. The curly fries were crispy on the outside while remaining fluffy inside, and a "fancier" and crunchier alternative to the classic, straight-cut McDonald’s fries.
