This is not the 1st time that my zero salt fries is not full, but I’m cool with it. But this time round it’s even worst. Not only my zero salt fries is not full, I ordered the nugget mix box with 10 chicken nuggets + 10 fish nuggets, but all I got was only 6 chicken nuggets and 6 fish nuggets. This is really not acceptable. Does your outlet expect the customers to do an open up each bag, wrap and box to check their items before they leave the outlet? Shouldn’t be the crew that is preparing the food to make sure that everything they are preparing are within your SOQ?? This outlet used to be my favourite outlet to go to around my area. But I’ve start to notice the packing of the food is getting from bad to worst. And the meat is either over cooked or cooked multiple times as the colour of the meat is oily and dark in colour. As for the sauce in the burger, not even sure if it’s supposed to be teaspoon of sauce in each burger or 1 dab and rub on bun for the sauce. Hardly can taste the sauce.
People only leave reviews when they do a bad job, but today I want to praise Lot One McDonald’s, because they have been generous with my hot fudge sundae chocolate portion. I ordered the same thing at Funan and the chocolate amount was not only abysmal but the service staff said “that’s the standard” lol So good job Lot One McDonald’s. Also my wife and I were so happy we forgot to take a before photo - I mean look at the walls of that paper cup, like it still has chocolate left bro
I wanted to write a review to recognise the excellent service i got at this branch. My daughter has coeliac disease and cant eat any food that contain gluten. It mainly affect europeans and is not common issue for Singaporeans, and very few F&B places here either know about it or are inclined to do much to help - this is especially true for fast food places where understandably staff are always busy and stressed however, i was served by a guy called Wei Jian, who was patient, extremely helpful, and took the time to check the company allergen menus, double checked with the manager about whats cooked in the fryers, and confirmed that the fries were gluten free and then offered to cook a fresh batch for my daughter. its very normal to be dismissed when we ask about this, so for a mcdonalds employee to take the time and effort to help was awesome. probably doesnt sound important to most people, but for an 8 yr old girl who always hears 'no we cant help' and cant eat out anywhere, it means alot
