ZHaiz, always pack wrong stuff for me This time round ordered mc spicy with cheese during drive thru (the guy still asked me if I wanted them spicy with cheese and I said yes) and they gave me no cheese. So I had to steal the tar tar sauce from my another fillet o fish burger. This is not the first time. 3 days ago, they pack happiness box b for me when I ordered a. Only realised upon reaching home. For this at least I went back they gave me a free box a. Just a feedback, being fast is great, but pls be accurate as well. Otherwise every time I drive thru I am gonna check my order at the counter each time.
Amanda PekThis is not the first time my delivery order was wrong or had missing items. This time, I ordered an iced latte but received a hot tea instead. What really shocked me was finding a long strand of hair on my scrambled eggs, completely unhygienic and unacceptable. When I called to complain, I asked if they could redeliver my Breakfast Deluxe and correct drink since I had paid for delivery and the mistakes were on their end. I was told redelivery was not possible. Instead, I was only offered a refund for the Breakfast Deluxe and upgraded drinks and an “investigation.” I don’t care about a refund, I just wanted to eat my breakfast that I paid for and waited for. Very poor service recovery for such a serious issue. Extremely disappointing experience. Overall, a very bad experience with both food quality and service.
Luqman NulhakimWent to grab a bite through the drive-thru, firstly they skipped me and took another vehicle order, when it was finally my turn, i ordered the honey mustard mccrispy upsized which i clarified if it comes w the new sour cream and onion shaker fries which they said yes. So i made my order and added an additional apple pie and curry sauce. So when it was my turn to collect my food, im guessing it was the manager (wearing a grey shirt and golden hair) that was giving my food. He didnt look happy, didnt let me know how much my total was, didnt have any receipt and didnt apologise. He passed me the food then just slammed the sliding door and walked off. So may i clarify what was his purpose for doing that? When i opened it, there wasnt any sign of my sour cream onion shaker fries, the burger looks like it was thrown together. Fries was cold and so was the burger. Luckily they didn’t forget about the apple pie and curry sauce.
