I'm using the mac app to order but one of the most common item is out (soft drinks) it wouldn't let me order and after telling the staff he said duno what to do after 3 mins then descide to asked the manager out to help me. But manager took her own sweet time to come out and helped me to order via her counter. After that the staff asked me again what's my order? Why he cannot check what on screen for my order? This the first macdonalds I give bad reviews after so long. The fries is without salt but come out not hot. Normal I get fresh hot no salt fries. Honestly speaking the manager and staffs here need some training. Hope macdonalds will see this review and improve the situation here.
Niyaz AqmarThis branch of McDonald's is consistently the slowest one I've seen so far. Receipts sometimes don't appear in kiosk, and waiting takes more than half an hour during busier times. The only reason I keep coming here it's because it's the closest one I could get. It happens a quarter of the time, and that's a quarter too much.
