Tri SutrisnoExtremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered a 2-piece chicken meal and ended up waiting for over an hour. It turns out my order was misplaced. A simple fast-food order shouldn't take this long due to a lack of organization.
Helmi Manapwhoever is managing or staff of this outlet should just switch career or just employ new ones. many times I dine in every night there is always a hiccup on their delivery of my food. this time I waited close to 30mins just for a meal and it was not that crowded. there was a time they missed out on my order but I let it go. this staff preparing are also there but not efficient. I mean if they can't accommodate too many orders should stop the self order machine. don't be greedy with sales revenue if you can't do run a business. my advice just remove the managers and get a new efficient ones.
