L WWe drove thru to place our orders at 10.50am and got our orders at 11.25am. This is the slowest MCD we ever encountered. Very understaffed and operations need to be reviewed because they had two booths, one to collect payment and the next one to provide your order. We waited 15mins at each booth with NO ONE around. Staff came only when time to collect payment then asked us to proceed to next booth where we waited for another 15mins until someone appeared with our order in loose. Need to ask for plastic bag, else there was no way to hold the food and drive.
A LI order cheese burger happy meal drive thru. I back home and realise the burger is a burger without cheese. Not the first time they give me wrong order.

Not at a very neighbourhood place as it is at the JTC industrial building opposite skypeak instead of the hdb cluster with NTUC, but it is good enough. Opens 24hours. Mcdonalds seems to have changed their mcflurry packaging?! Quite frustrating when the ice cream melts And another suggestion for mcdonalds - not sure if even of them is even reading this but, they can use a token method for the people who orders the sundae with their meal. I ended up eating the hot fudge sundae before my mcspicy as the hot fudge is melting even when it was served to me 😵💫🤯 great if we can have a token and “exchange” it for the sundae after our main course. Some mcdonalds do not have a physical cashier anymore anyways, this have the extra manpower and space for this service
