nicolei came in on a tuesday night to get my ice cream, thinking it would just be a quick ice cream run. However, when i collected my oreo mcflurry, i noticed that the cup was HALF EMPTY. For $3.75, i’d expect my cup to be filled to the brim. So i went back and waited at the counter for a staff to come so i could explain my situation. A while later, a guy in a black shirt came out and said yes? to me, and i explained how the ice cream was half filled and i expected more. But instead of apologizing, he just took a mere look at my cup and went to remake one. When he came back out, he just wrapped it up and placed it on the counter before throwing the previous one away. i’m not sure if a black shirt staff would mean manager but the way i was treated felt very rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the lack of quantity, or offering any solutions, he gave a lot of unnecessary attitude. I hope that mcdonalds will teach their staff the proper customer service that all fnb places should provide. Terribly disappointing experience from le quest mcdonalds.
Aqi ManjeI've ordered for take away,(it was not busy) once I've reached home after setting down my kids, wanted to have a nice meal but look at what I got. I was like 'hey,was the sauce?' This is not the 1st time this has happen. I can't simply go back to the outlet just to show them this everytime some error happens.
