Contacted McDonald Customer Service and it seem it doesn’t compensate and required 3-5 working days just for fries issue…. Food prices went up and i expect the services to be better but guess it becoming poorer. Let see if it become as bad as KFC 😂😂
David sohA big organisation should know better. The takeaway plastic bag was poorly designed and caused the drinks to overflow. This is not good service, especially when other chains like Burger King provide proper drink-holding bags.
Benedict CorreyaHad dinner at McDonald’s Bukit Batok. The space was clean and comfortable, and the food was good as always. However, the service was disappointing—we waited over 20 minutes for our meal. Order receipts were just stacking up, and nothing was being called out. Only after we approached the counter did the crew check and hand over the food. Definitely needs better order handling and faster service.
