At 2230hrs, a bag of meal with no drinks was placed on the counter with no number and no indication and no staff bothered to call out since I didn't want to disturb. At 2250hrs, I approached one of the staff, only to realised my food was already prepared however not placed on the counter. After leaving to consume my meal, I found out my McWing 4pc meal only has 3pc.
Muhd Daryordered grabfood. no chilli sauce given. happened a few times already. so disappointed. so greedy with chilli sauce why? shouldnt it be standardized? this kind of small things can ruin people appetite to eat.
RoseALWAYS check your takeaway food before leaving. I try to avoid ordering online from this outlet as they are known for missing orders. 8/10 of my orders are either missing or they don’t tell me they have no stock for shaker fries. Make it a habit to check your food before leaving this outlet.
