CharnonVery unreliable outlet. I ordered breakfast via GrabFood today and my Hash Brown and Hotcakes (S) were missing. This is not the first time this has happened. Missing items happen often, even for dine-in and takeaway. Portions are poor (McFlurries have very little Oreo), iced Milo is often diluted, and fries are sometimes cold and hard even when dining in. Waiting time is long but orders are still wrong. Very disappointing service and quality.

I truly appreciate it, and I can see that the quality of customer service in this chain has improved significantly.
MikoMy wife and I frequently visit this McDonald’s, and it never disappoints. The place is spacious, nicely air-conditioned, and provides a comfortable environment for us to enjoy a meal together. It’s one of those spots where the atmosphere is consistently welcoming. As for the food, it’s always great—consistent in quality and taste, just as you’d expect from McDonald’s. Whether we’re there for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, it’s always a satisfying experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
