KingzkaiIf I could give a zero star I would. On the 29 March 2026 11:45am I ordered breakfast items in this branch (it was stated online and also at kiosk that breakfast was available until 12pm at this outlet). To our disbelief, I waited well over 1 hour and my meal was not served. Upon checking with the manager he showed an unapologetic attitude and was not being very helpful. The staff totally forgot the items that were being ordered. Luckily there was another older lady staff who assisted me in getting my refund. Please do better next time McDonald… there was another couple with two kids who faced the same issue. They also got their meals refunded only after much persistence. The McDonald staff totally cancelled/forgotten all the breakfast items that was ordered and moved on to preparing only the lunch items. We are extremely disappointed and hope that this can be resolved. PS. The photo attached is the refund receipt.
SANDY LAUWent to drive thru. Sophie took my order. She was clear and polite. She has a lovely voice. The way she took my order was very impressive especially when I have less than pleasant service elsewhere. Good job Sophie.
Danny TanMcdonald getting worst these days. Over crowded, taking in so much orders the output cant catchup anymore. Peak hours the food is bad. Fries are soggy and cold. Im skipping mcdonald now. Better look elsewhere. I waited 35mins my food, wrote in to feedback and got zero reply. Their customer service sucks big! Sucks! Sucks!
