Gib LimDear Canberra McDonald, I would like to sincerely compliment both McDonald’s staff, Noreen and Nadia. Both Noreen and Nadia were extremely kind, attentive and very professional throughout the entire party. They took great care of my son Gabe and his classmates, ensuring their safety at all times. All the kids had so much fun and enjoyed every part of the activities, especially the teamwork games. The party went very smoothly because of their excellent coordination. Nadia also assisted the parents with orders, and the food was served swiftly and efficiently. We are very thankful that everyone was so well taken care of. Special thanks to Noreen for going the extra mile to arrange additional games due to the playground being under maintenance for safety reasons. We are truly grateful for her proactiveness and effort. Both Noreen and Nadia truly deserve recognition for their hard work, dedication and commitment. They are a blessing and a great asset to McDonald’s. We also want to thank the kitchen team for preparing all the food so well and ensuring everything went smoothly. J KosoI ordered a cheeseburger meal with no onions through Foodpanda from this outlet. The cheeseburger had a ‘special order’ label yet there was still an onion inside. The delivery arrived on time and I live near Canberra so there’s no reason my food should have been cold. The burger, fries, everything was cold. Honestly I’m disappointed. Will I order from here again? Never, and I don’t think anyone should if they’re not improving since they have a lot of bad reviews that’s relevant to my issue here.
