Date: 10/03/2026 Order #3901 Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at 2:00am. I called in at 2:45am and was notified that the rider still hadn’t even arrived to pick up the food. Then at 3:00am I was told the food was already “on the way.” By 3:30am the food still hadn’t arrived, and the new rider dispatched said he couldn’t find my address. Why isn’t GPS being used properly for deliveries in this day and age? After waiting well over 1.5 hours, the order finally arrived at 3:50am — completely cold and WRONG. If your outlet doesn’t have riders available or cannot handle deliveries at that time, then the delivery option should simply be turned off for the night instead of allowing customers to place orders and wait endlessly. I could have cancelled the order if I knew it would take this long and be this frustrating. I had just finished work and was starving, and could have easily ordered or eaten something else instead of waiting nearly two hours for cold, incorrect food. This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish and completely unacceptable for what should be a simple fast food order.
Today, around 8:30 p.m., there was a long queue for ice cream. A father of two was waiting in line to buy one ice cream. Suddenly, The man who served the ice cream pulled out mini cones and gave two to their kids. I was deeply touched by his action. Despite the long queue, he still took the effort to give the kids ice cream. 10/10 service 10/10 cute looking cones
This is the first time I've eaten such terrible fried chicken. The chicken is not fresh at all, like it was left over from the previous day. The taste is like eating flour. As a chef, I know it must have been reused from the previous day. The batter is as hard as a rock. The burgers were not fresh and the pineapple had changed color. I want to ask how much they were given. Is this the standard of fast food?
