EdThis is probably the worst McDonald’s outlet I’ve ever visited. I ordered just an Americano, so I approached one of the male manager (malay/Indian) to politely check on my order. He looked at me and simply continued packing orders without responding or assisting. I ended up waiting more than 11 minutes, even though it seemed obvious that my drink was already ready. No one informed me, acknowledged the delay, or made any effort to help. After reading the other reviews for this outlet, I can honestly understand why the service is like this. It feels like the management doesn’t really care, and that attitude seems to reflect in the staff’s behavior as well.
Yen Ling TanI would like to make a complaint regarding the corn that was included with my meal today. The corn had an unusual sour smell and did not seem fresh. Due to the odor, I was concerned that the product may have been spoiled and was unable to consume it. This experience has affected my confidence in the food quality and safety standards. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide an explanation and appropriate resolution.
Kristen TanOrdered my meal right at 12pm through table service. Waited for 20mins still not served and realized something wasn’t right because the couple beside me came later already finished their meal. Went down to check and they said don’t have a record of my order. Food was served after 35 mins because of missing order. Charlotte immediately attended to me and did her service recovery very well. Thank you for being attentive and being so helpful! She make the whole experience better. :)
