Decent service but the waiting time honestly can get pretty long. It’s good they have alfresco dining options also to spread the crowd here, otherwise I feel the overall space is slightly crammed for such a popular space within Paya Lebar. That said, food is fresh and consistent - that’s really all that matters ultimately.
I got a fish filet and honestly it was one of the best I had since the bun wasn’t stale and the sauce had just the right amount + the chili suace. There are booths tucked in but majority are normal 2-4 seater tables. They’ve got the usual menu and when I was there they had a Starwars theme. Food didn’t take a long time to be prepared either.
Very poor experience at this outlet. I placed a Mobile Order (table service) at 8:09am but was still not served after more than 30 minutes. When I went to the counter to check, there were many customers also waiting for their orders. There appeared to be only one elderly staff member managing the counter. To be fair, the staff member at the counter was trying her best despite the situation. The issue is clearly not with her, but with the lack of manpower and support provided during a busy period. There was no one available to help check order status or provide updates. There was also no easy way to cancel my order or speak to someone who could assist. After waiting for close to min 50mins, I could not afford to wait any longer and decided to leave. Then, I discovered that my order had finally been placed at my table. The long waiting time and poor service are consistent with what other reviewers have mentioned. Management should seriously look into the staffing situation, especially during peak hours. Please provide adequate manpower and have more staff available at the counter to assist customers and manage orders efficiently.
