The redeem item can’t be cancel but he give me the voucher for fish fillets burger & cola, which is good and solved my upset feeling. Thank you again!
chisty chungbad service！i order the mcd breakfast on today 10.30am, they receive my order on 10.42am, but I receive my breakfast on 12.55pm. I wait the fast food breakfast going 2hour and half! And the food was cold when I receive, I pay the delivery fee end up need I wait the breakfast become lunch! Unacceptable for the service!
Mingming XiOn July 5, 2026, at approximately 1:47 a.m., I went to collect my takeaway order. I simply asked for the order number, but a very tall young male staff member wearing a red uniform responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. He even used vulgar language. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. We all work hard, and mutual respect should be expected in any workplace. I am disappointed that a company as well-established as McDonald’s would have an employee behaving in such an unprofessional way.
