But my husband cannot eat spicy drumstick (even a bit of white pepper in marination). He asked if we made a mistake on ordering spicy drumstick or what. Sangeeta took it back to the kitchen to exchange it. But realised that it is "original" flavour. Which means it cannot be less spicy than this. She took initiative, exchanged it with honey soy drumstick. It is otherwise offered in a pair. But we didn't know if this option. She came to our table, explained it with a smile. She is such a Gem. Later, another Manager, Gomathey walked around the lobby, introduced herself and asked us how we find the ambience and experience. Of course excellent. What an up standard you have brought to this McDonald's outlet! Thank you for this change. I visit many McDonald's in Singapore and worldwide. And I have done many McDonald's Google reviews. But not one has matched the pleasant service standard as the Causeway Point McDonald's. Thank you for bringing in these young, enthusiastic, energetic managers. They definitely enjoy their job to bring positive experience in patrons. Thank you young ladies. Thank you Sangeeta. God bless you.
edtayjbI was here today (2 March 2026) for an early lunch and to "chase" MacDonald's Singapore's latest burger promotion (see photo herein). So I duly ordered the following: a $9.70 Sweet Paprika Burger with Chicken Bacon Meal with Corn and a Coke Zero Small. The Burger was very nice in terms of taste and texture. I especially liked the crisp factor of the burger patty. Service here at this MacDonald's outlet was good. And the dining ambience here was nice - even though this is a very busy MacDonald's outlet.
