Jiaxin WanTried the Sweet BBQ McSpicy. The BBQ sauce was a little too sweet for my taste and covered some of the original McSpicy flavour. It was okay overall, but I still prefer the classic McSpicy. Worth trying once if you’re curious. 🍔🌶️
Ping Chie TanPlaced an order on mobile app after checking with a staff to see if address is correct since I am not from the area and wanted a quick lunch. However waited for 20 mins my meal was not served and went to clarify only then it was informed then address was incorrect despite me checking with staff. At this point, im pretty upset since waited for so long and they told me to reorder which mean I need to pay 1 more time. This is when I met Alan the manager and he was very nice in explaining the situation and he offer me the same meal with having to pay anymore. Alan surely deserved the title of manager as he knows to managed situation if not for Alan this would be 1 star rating for sure.
ChrisVisited on 7 June at 12pm and was served by Ameer. Honestly didn't expect to walk away thinking about the service at a fast food outlet, but here we are. Ameer was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he was doing — not the robotic politeness you sometimes get, but real customer care. That kind of energy is rare, especially in a part-time role. If there's an Employee of the Month programme, he belongs on that board. And if management is reading this — this one deserves recognition, and a raise wouldn't go amiss.
