Tom KohService absolutely suck here nowadays, it used to be so great with floor manager going around chatting with customers, making sure their food is served on time and correctly. Now is just a nunch of people wayang wayang the shift away, so many wrong orders and when approached the manager at the counter is not attentive and rude and no situation awareness at all. I am still going to visit every now and then simply I live near by but I highly not recommended this branch if i have the choice. PS: Even though I gave the food 4 stars but the Chicken mccrispy is the absolute worst I thought I'm eating tree bark.

Jackson LiOk, good standard generally up to par. However, in the past they used to lose my order quite often as they didn't use the queue system. They just immediately said order finished (under a minute) even though it was not... A few times waited half hour. Now seems better...
