传胜Here for breakfast. Not much crowd as only 10am. Ordered and get all items within minutes. However hashbrowns was not served after 10min even though there were many at kitchen. Informed floor staff and she acknowledged. I saw her went to serve another order and continue chatting at counter. Only passed me the items when i asked AGAIN at counter.
Pauline CWanted to comment on how service oriented the team at Marina square outlet is. My child was having a birthday party nearby in the morning and the only F&B outlet that could serve food before 11am was McDonald. However being public holiday, their lunch menu was only available from 12pm onwards. I called to ask if it was possible to preorder in the morning and self collect mc wings with the nuggets slightly earlier at close to 11am instead for the kids as lunch as we have to clear our party venue by 12pm-12.30pm. Initially I was told it wasnt possible by staff who took my call but some one else - Nurul called back n told me to email the manager on duty to get approval for my request. To my pleasant surprise, they did make an exception and my bday party for the kids went smoothly as a result of their kind service orientation, putting customers service as a priority. They didn’t have to go the extra mile but they did it. As a result, a dozen kids had a happy bday lunch. Thanks a lot to the team esp Nurul for the fantastic customer service experience and taking the proactive step in calling me back.
