  I recently had the opportunity to dine at this establishment, and my experience was satisfactory. Navigation via Google Maps was straightforward. The compact air-conditioned indoor dining area was complemented by a few outdoor tables offering an al fresco experience. The establishment's overall appearance was somewhat dilapidated. The staff demonstrated promptness and efficiency in their service, particularly notable from a Filipino staff member. All the dishes we ordered were flavorful. The istanblue kebab featured meats that were tender, with the exception of the lamb, which was slightly gummy. The serving size was ample for sharing. In contrast, the mixed meze platter's serving size seemed small given the price point when compared to similar Turkish restaurants along Haji Lane. The mandi rice was both good and flavorful. The pricing was in line with nearby establishments, though slightly premium. Overall, the experience was pleasant enough to recommend.

  I would highly recommend everyone to visit Mavi Turkish Restaurant. As a vegetarian, I was initially unfamiliar with Turkish cuisine, but at my wife's suggestion, I decided to give it a try—and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Vegetable Pide and the Vegetable Moussaka, both of which were absolutely delicious. The dishes were served piping hot, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavour without being overly spicy. I also tried their signature balloon bread and butter rice, and they were simply outstanding. My wife enjoyed several of their dishes and thoroughly loved every bite. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. The restaurant itself has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Overall, Mavi Turkish Restaurant is one of those rare places where the food doesn't need any theatrics—the quality and flavours speak for themselves.   Great food!!! Special thanks to Rachel for her recommendations. The food was great, the portions are above expectations. And the price range is also affordable. We had a great time experiencing Turkish food at Mavi. The apple tea went well with the food, I’m so glad it wasn’t too sweet, and prepared freshly brewed. And because we had a long day at USS, we really appreciate the fast service. We came in hungry, but left with full tummies. Thank you, Mavi! P.S. I swear there was a half roasted chicken and a bowl of rice in the photo. I swear!
