This is one of the best indomie places I’ve eaten in Singapore, it is sooooo good. I love the sambal choices, I had level 3 and 4. I would say level 3 should be max for most people, beyond that is insane. Had 2x Ayam Penyet and a side of Ayam Bakar and I both are fantastic! If I had to choose just one then I think Ayam Bakar with its sweetness is just perfect paring w the savory noodles and the spicy sambal. Have to come back, so so good.
This place is conveniently located at Kada Maxwell, making it a popular spot for locals around the area . However, the ordering system using QR codes could be improved for better user experience. They offer a variety of chicken dishes, but the one that includes breast meat is limited to just one type. Interestingly, other dishes are simply topped with chili, which is should be able to choose thigh or breast meat. Their taliwang chicken is not the traditional taliwang style of chili found in Indonesia. The taliwang chili is more like an ordinary belachan chili, similar to what you’d find in other ayam penyet places. The chicken itself is standard, nothing extraordinary. The taliwang chili is just an ordinary chili, not the authentic taliwang style from Indonesia. It’s the same standard chili you’d find in other ayam penyet places. On the other hand, their normal chili in ayam kampong style is not as good as taliwang. They do have choice to adjust the spiciness levels to better suit the preferences of their customers. One thing that sets this place apart is their attempt to limit the amount of chili. They charge extra for extra chili, which is unusual for an ayam penyet place. In ayam penyet places, it’s common for people to eat more chili. Overall, this place is decent, but it can be crowded for the people around the area. There are other places that offer better ayam penyet and chili. The service and ordering system could also be improved.Indoor seating might make clothes a bit smelly
Cozy spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. Beef ribs are truly delicious, albeit slightly on the fattier side. Sambals are indeed spicy but I should have asked for it on the side to reduce the calories.
