The smell of spices greets you as you step into the lovely compound house, almost like entering someone’s home — warm, cosy, and welcoming. Their grilled masala fish (fish pothichoru), biryanis, curries, and soft, flaky parottas are bold yet balanced, flavorful without being too salty. The staff are pleasant and attentive, and we enjoyed everything we ordered.

We ordered the mutton and beef biryani, and both were so good. The rice was fragrant and full of flavor. The mutton was soft and tender, and the beef was juicy and well-cooked. The spices were strong and bold, but we really enjoyed it. They even showed us the right way to eat biryani, which made the experience more fun and special. Highly recommended if you’re in Singapore!
