A few days ago, I had food from the Changi City Point branch, and it was so good that I decided to order again from the Tampines branch for pickup. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. Even though it was close to closing time, I don’t think this is acceptable. Out of all the ingredients I ordered, only about three were included. If the ingredients were unavailable, my order should have been rejected or canceled instead of sending out an incomplete order. The staff member who prepared my food was also unfriendly, and unlike the Changi City Point branch, the food looked like it was made with very little care. Please look at the photos. There is almost no sauce, and there are barely any ingredients. It looks nothing like what I received from the other branch. This completely ruined my dinner. I am extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the service. I will not be ordering from this branch again, and I hope the management improves both the quality and customer service.
I ordered food from century square store and when I opened the bag, not only the bottom was full of black sludge, it can be seen mixed in the tempura. It is visually unappealing and unhealthy for consumption.
i ordered a mega san salad from Century Square on 9 Nov at about 8pm. Prior to making my salad, a male staff used his gloves to touch a table cloth which he used earlier to wipe the table, This male staff proceeded to pack my salad and the first ingredient was the cold udon, which he took more than usual with the food tongs. To my horror, he used his gloves to pull out some portion of the cold udon and this was the same gloves that he used to touch the dirty table cloth earlier. I shouted at the male staff before the malay stall manager stepped in to redo the salad. Utterly unhygienic and disgusting.
