Grace NgStaff at the counter was unfriendly and not helpful, when I asked her how do I check out using grab voucher, as it was my first time buying Makisan and using voucher. The makis tasted as bad as her service. Brown rice grain was hard, and the double Portion salmon sashimi which were very salty and smoked. I clearly indicated I wanted Salmon sashimi and I ended up with smoked salmon ! the entire episode was a Nightmare and I’m glad to say it’s my first and LAST time patronizing.
Zhi HengQuick service, got my food within 5 minutes after ordering. Ordering for the first time because my sister bought their sushi in the past and it was nice. Trying the smoked tuna tango as it sounded unique as I haven't eaten smoked tuna before & because I love sashimi.
annjeanetteI ordered a DIY sushi and added avocados& egg mayo in my order, the malay male worker barely added any avocados and egg mayo in it. The Malay female worker then threw the packed sushi on the table rudely. I asked if i can take a spoon as she did not provide one, she looked at me angrily so i had no choice but to take one myself. After I took the spoon, she still glared at me angrily?! Really horrible attitude and customer service & this is my second bad experience with this lady. The sushi was $10.10 & definitely not worth with the amount of ingredients the worker put in it.
