Lee ScToday I ordered the Udon Teri-chick from Maki-San, but the item I received looked very different from what is shown in the menu. The menu image shows a well-presented bowl with what appears to be breaded chicken cutlet, while my order came with small cubed pieces of chicken that looked quite different in both appearance and portion. The overall dish did not match the advertised presentation at all. I contacted the outlet via WhatsApp and was told that the teriyaki chicken has recently been changed from strips to cubes. However, this change is not reflected in the menu images, which I feel is misleading for customers placing orders based on those visuals. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I hope Maki-San can update their menu photos to accurately reflect what customers will receive, or at least clearly communicate such changes in advance. Thank you.
Joanne AngThis shows how often I receive a badly wrapped maki. If your staff is so unhappy to work then don't work. Everytime I come by to collect my order they always black face.
