RyNo queue but watched the staff pack things for 5 mins before someone started making my order - I had to check if they had received my order. I was ok with that but then the sushi looked like a mess when I opened the box once back home (I did not drop it). Taste was still fine.
HullalullaDisappointed. Used to be a fan of makisan but I highly regretted ordering here. Observed flies flying around as they were preparing the food. Wish I saw it before I ordered 😭 The amount of unagi given was also so little despite the $1 top up. Will think twice before ordering makisan again.
riirikknmI am really disappointed. I found a strand of hair in my food halfway through my meal. It’s a shame because the flavors seemed okay, but finding hair in a dish is a major hygiene concern and completely ruined the appetite for our table. I hope the management takes more care with food safety protocols in the future.
