Damn disgusting, found 2 pieces of "blue color fragments" on the sushi. It looks like broken pieces of nitrile gloves. This is gonna be my LAST TIME buying from this outlet or even makisan sushi. Last time very long ago I saw before a guy he wore gloves and used his gloves hands to bare pick the ingredients and that same gloves hands touched everywhere else. There are scoops and tongs there, why don't use? I find it disgusting but didn't say anything. Now you gave me broken pieces of what appeared like gloves in the sushi...seriously, you guys need to attend food hygiene course. There are no lack of sushi retail stores at West mall. Damn disgusting! 🤮 I pulled the blue color fragments and that appeared to stretch, it appears that it is blue color gloves...I regretted eating the remaining sushi as I didn't check if the rest of it have any gloves fragments. I only didn't eat the piece of sushi with the blue color gloves fragments. It is still considered contaminated and poor foods hygiene. I should not have eaten the remaining pieces of sushi. NOT BUYING FROM MASKISAN EVER AGAIN!!!!!! PLEASE SEND YOUR STAFFS FOR FOODS HYGIENE COURSE!!!!!!!

Edit: Third time here, I had the roll that I wanted!! It was delicious! The ingredients fell apart here and there but maybe it was hard to roll all my chosen ingredients 🤣(this time majority of the roll was wrapped nicely) Will be back! 😁 Second time here. First time was fantastic. This time, the staff gave me tamago intead of steamed prawn. (good thing I'm not allergic to egg but still, i would prefer to eat something i chose because i dislike tamago). The roll also fell apart halfway through the stack..

Placed an order at around 7pm, but the staff were busy clearing trays. After waiting for some time, I politely checked if my order would take much longer to prepare (there were no other orders ahead of mine). Instead of responding verbally, the staff member glared at me and pointed at an empty food box, which came across as rude and dismissive. I’ve patronised Maki-San at other outlets and have never experienced this level of service. Unfortunately, this encounter has put me off returning to this outlet.
