  Tried a variety of fried rice here - sambal fried rice, egg fried rice and mala fried rice. All nicely seasoned and fried. Each grain of the rice is nicely coated with flavor and the texture of the rice nice with a bit of chewiness to it. I find the topping nice too but mainly is there to justify a higher price. Normally for these type of dishes, it is the rice that matter.
