  It was like 11pm and this was the only place in T1 I could find that was still open so I thought I would have to settle for to-go food as my first meal in Singapore. But I was truly mind blown! I ordered the Thai boat noodle soup but I swapped noodles with white rice on the side. It was so delicious and refreshing! The rich broth was such a delight and I could tell there was definitely some patience involved in cooking this soup. I missed the flavor so much that I tried to get the same boat noodles soup again from some Thai restaurants after I came back to the US but I was disappointed every time. I have not been able to find any broth as good as the one I had at Ma Mum To-Go! Who can believe the best Thai food I had was in Singapore at Changi Airport lol!

  Chicken was soft and juicy. curry spice was a perfect balance of spice and savoury. noodles was cook al dente. probably your bet to eat on a late night flight.

  I’ve been eating from this place for years and used to love this spot and will often still go to buy their dry laksa, but today I found a long hair in my food which was kind of upsetting - please improve your hygiene standards guys, the food is delicious but this is not acceptable.
