Yap CL18 Nov 2025, 8:30pm, came here for a quick dinner, it’s not the best, just a decent fast-food spot, so don’t come with too high expectations. It’s not my first time visiting this outlet, but today I noticed a lady staff member working really hard, kudos to her. (I hope the branch manager or the area manager or the management could see this, I didn’t know her name, as she don’t have a nametag) She literally sweeping, mopping, and making sure the place stays clean. Wiping all chairs seat area, arranging the chairs in tidy and neat. Appreciate that kind of effort. Food-wise, I think it’s okay. I never got to try Long John Silver’s during their “peak,” but I still remember having the grilled dory with chilli crab sauce about 10 years ago at Hougang Mall basement and honestly, the taste feels pretty much the same now (I think). Just a personal opinion, you may leave bad review if you have bad day and encountered a bad experience, but nonetheless no need to attack anyone in the reviews. We’re all human. Peace out! ✌️
FROSTYFeel bad for the Thai counter staff. Super overwork, doing cashiering, serving food, calling queue, and everything in between. Very shortage of manpower till the point that people ordering had to wait to order. If that’s a big issue, why not have an ordering kiosks? Most fast food have them today. The fries came cold and soggy, and not even edible. Worst fries ever cos even I can do better by using an air fryer. Fish was not bad but the chilli crab sauce was so bad. Lunch time was chaotic. The outlet is so small, toilets were locked. No way to wash hands, had to go koufu to wash. A lot of loud number calling by the poor cashier, felt like I was at a GP clinic
Goh LerniseI ordered from Grabfood app for Alaska Pollock. The 2 pcs fish some parts are not properly cooked. Inside is still slimy. The fish are also very salty.
