Amazing service—if your goal is to pay more and receive less. There wasn't even a queue when I placed my order, yet the staff seemed far more interested in chatting in the kitchen than paying attention to customers. My order was packed without anyone noticing that the chicken was missing, so I ended up paying for an item I never received. The portions are already disappointingly small, and somehow they still managed to leave out part of the meal. It's quite an achievement to get a simple order wrong when the restaurant wasn't even busy. Hopefully, the staff can spend a little less time chatting and a little more time checking orders before handing them to customers.
Went to the Yew Tee outlet, The manager seems to be the only one really working which is entirely frustrating to watch. The kitchen staff seems to purposely missed out on fries or crumbs in the food packets and the manager who is the one packing keeps have to go in and add on. The manager was so nice that he wasn’t angry about it although it was during peak dinner period. Moreover, the part timer outside was the one that closed the packet of my 2pcs chicken meal without realising my fries was missing? I am so stress for the manager to have kitchen staff that underwork and a part timer that doesn’t bother to help. And why are the kitchen staffs not wearing facial mask?
The long in long John silver basically means long waiting times. During peak period I waited nearly an hour for my food. No apology, no service. Can’t blame the staff, but only can blame the owners who happily serve the takeaways like mad while ignoring the dine in customers. Fast food my ass Edit update: knn order again and missing item AGAIN?!
