Sheila YeA big thank you to Ben and his wonderful team for taking up my dept's large Ala carte breakfast order (which was sent over to them over the weekend), making the effort to pack them and going the extra mile of individually labelling them in the serial number of my order, which made the downstream distribution to my colleagues so much more efficient! The order (66 food items, 67 drinks and related 60+ sides) was done absolutely right, which amazed me as LJS' fellow competitor had previously screwed up my dept's large lunch order. The breakfast food portion is filling and value for money, so if you're tired of eating their fellow competitor's breakfast and wanna stretch your dollar, you won't go wrong choosing LJS' breakfast!
Tan Cheong HsienBreakfast. Waited 20 mins for food but dine-in orders were not moving. Manager not around. Customers had to wait around and then enquire what was wrong. (No proactiveness on the cashier part to inform customers). Turns out the bread was not available but I could still order the sandwiches. Cashier said manager said bread was being delivered to the store but we don't know the ETA. Yippe! No wonder grab orders could still be filled while dine in customers had to wait 🤔 Anyway, I'm upset about the lack of communication and the procedural issue of still being able to order sold out items. I don't feel like a respected customer and my time was wasted. Not just me, but many other families on a lovely sunday afternoon. (We all have lives too, you know) I love the food here, but I guess the poorly managed store does not deserve any single cent from me. Now we're just waiting for the manager to refund. Oh wait, manager isn't around :O If you think this review was fake, it's not. If you think this review is vague, imagine 5 others families' confused faces and frustrations in having to suffer because of poor communication. Please get your act together. You can do better than this. We all know you can.
MelvinWent to get breakfast and the food was good. Stayed to get lunch and the food was delicious. The chicken and the fries were served piping hot, which is excellent by the way. The chicken was battered well. The fries were cooked long enough to be crispy to my liking. Service were great. Overall, excellent experience.
