Kong Wen ShengThis has been around for quite a while along McDonalds next door. The fengshui apparently better than the opposite that has always been changing. Anyway I have been eating Long John Silvers for the longest time, from overweight to obese, yet the staff for the rarest time, would hesitate when I requested for extra crumbs. Not being entitled but if this request cannot be fulfilled, I am glad to be informed of the rejection instead of facing the hesitation analysis and obvious judgement. If HPB secretly informed fast food chain to reduce calories to obese looking customers, it should be reflected with transparency.
KavithaNORTH POINT CITY LJS:Ordered spicy dory sub w onion rings n coke zero.was very much disappointed.did not expect this type of food.paid $9.30 for the food.the spicy dory sub was burned on top asked the staff about it y n want a change of it 2nd time round the bun was black on top n was wet asked y again this is happening Was being told the bun was grilled.so if the bun was grilled they r supposed to grill it properly not burn it n give it to me.ask y the bun was wet no answer from staff.asked a refund back for my money from manager but was being told manager was out will only b back at 6pm.i had to sit in the long John silver waiting for theanager for half hour since 5.30pm.will post the pictures for everyone to c.outlet floor not clean.service ok.the atmosphere was nice.when I'm inside this shop could face outside the views of the trees n the road.manager came at 6pm was being told cannot give refund now.have to wait for 2 - 3 weeks for refund.have been waiting for half hour here to being told that have to wait for 2 - 3 weeks for refund back for my money.the service is very bad here.the service staff was supposed to me to wait for 2 - 3 weeks for refund not tell me to sit here for half hour to being told I will not get back my money.
