  Having been staying at this hotel for leisure trips for years I do really enjoy it. After a long flight it’s only a quick 20 min taxi from Changi which is great. Check in is always efficient and you are in your room in no time. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax. Being an ALL platinum member the canapés and drinks at the pool every night are lovely. The hotel has the mall and hawker centre across the road which is amazing and it’s only a short walk to East Coast park for a nice walk. Now having the MRT out the front is amazing, so you can access the CBD in no time and it’s cheap. The lobby renovations have been beautiful, and I do look forward to all of the rooms being renovated. We come back atleast once or twice a year and it’s always a great stay.

  I booked this place through Expedia solely because I saw it having high ratings. I was not aware that this hotel sits at a perfect location. It is close to everything we need; mall with grocery store, train station, the beach, and local hawker center. Also, Katong-Joo neighborhood is within minutes walk from this hotel. I originally booked a hotel with 1 king bed. But because we have a toddler with us, the hotel gave us an extra single bed with no extra charge. Our room was spacious and was meticulously cleaned each day. Thank you!

  Clean and comfortable room. Concierge were helpful to extend my stay and provide a cake for my wife birthday. Excellent customer service. Only thing missing out is halal kitchen. I think it would be great if you have halal food for breakfast/room service. I believe many more Muslims Singaporeans or foreigners Muslims would come over.
