Had breakfast at Quan Long Wanton Mee. Strangely there is a Q when the food is far from so so. Several posts over rated this quite well! The sauce is very weak and had only one fried wanton n a few pathetic slices of char siew. the two wanton in the soup is marginally ok. Ingredients/ price (at $5 in ulu place) is grossly disproportionate. Really a captive market. A good portion was not finished as seen in my photo. Disappointed!!! There are several other WTM stalls there which may be better but not visible. Will not visit this stall again for sure although the lady operator was kind.

One of the older foodcourt in Singapore. It's double ceiling with natural ventilation and multiple rows of stalls. Although located away from MRT, it's inside an older, classic mall and beside a stadium and sport facilities, so the traffic is good. People coming to the mall for the supermarket or small charming shops, gym, swimming pool, or stadium can have their meals here. There are a good number of stalls although the food varieties are just so-so. You can't find everything you want in a food court, and there are multiple repetitions, especially drink stalls. The sitting area is spacious, and there wasn’t a day when I couldn’t find seats. To be fair, I was never here on the weekends, so I'm not sure what the traffic is like. The food price is so so. It's supposed to be more economical because of the place, but that is not the case for every stall. Some prices are higher than other food court, some moderate. It's nearby the bus stop, and if you are heading to the stadium, gym, and swimming pool, you can take shortcut through this food court. Only limited stalls open in the morning, and some seem to close forever, maybe it's because of our visit's timing.
