Maybe this is the standard for food preparation here, but unfortunately, the food was served barely warm — and the Pad Thai was extremely cold. It was not really edible. When we raised this with the staff, Jeremy Stanley (Ong or Long) kindly explained that many of the dishes here are stir-fried using machines. While I understand this may help with consistency and quality control, it does make the overall food standard questionable if dishes are still being served cold. That said, Jeremy handled the situation professionally and was the main reason I gave the service 5 stars. He offered us an additional hot chicken dish to make up for the experience, which we appreciated.

Lovely atmosphere and yummy but severely over priced for the portion sizes. Once is enough. It's no wonder there's so few people in the food court.

Worst place to eat, waited 45mins for a bowl of inflated ‘maggi mee’ and the Thai food staffs are rude during collection! A Tourist attraction venue some more !
