  I am so glad to chance upon Joycee Lee, founder and beautician of Lumiere Beauty Institute, tucked quietly away round a corner of Mayo Street. She is a special beautician with that X-factor! No kidding. I’ve found that she welcomes the challenge of treating people with facial/skin pigmentation issues, etc. I’ve recently completed six rounds of sometimes a bit of *ouch* from me but Joycee would magically cajoles you into “almost there…” whilst working expertly with her fingers (assuring me she is thankful for her good eyesight) noticing even the slightest wrinkle on my forehead! As the saying goes, “no pain, no gain” Joycee quips. She reminds me to collaborate with her if one hopes to achieve results. Much have been said, I am sure I will continue to entrust my alas, we can’t turn back the clock, aging skin in her steady hands.
