Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place. I visited on 4/6/2026 in the evening because I saw good reviews on social media and wanted to try their biryani. I was very hungry and waited for about 10 minutes, but not a single staff member acknowledged me or asked what I needed. The staff were busy talking among themselves, and no one even said, “Please wait, we’ll be with you shortly.” A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated without even getting to try the food. Good food alone is not enough—customers should also be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope the management improves their customer service.
We ordered veg fried rice — the quantity was small, the taste was completely bland, and it was so oily that oil had collected at the bottom of the plate. The egg noodles also had no taste and were not even properly cooked — they were almost raw. We also ordered sweet and salt lime soda, but it was just plain water, ice, and lemon. There was no sugar or salt at all.
Very disappointing experience. We ordered the chicken parota, but it was mostly onions (around 60%), with very little chicken and parota. The portion size was also very small and not satisfying even after finishing the entire serving. The chicken noodles were overly salty and oily, with almost no spice or flavor. Overall, the dish was not enjoyable. The only items we liked were the tea and snacks. Unfortunately, the food quality and portion sizes did not meet our expectations. Totally disappointed.
